No dice. Whatever is in there probably knows you're there now though. Assuming it's alive.

Librarian wrote:(Hey, didn't one of the original 2 posters "Need to use the restroom" while inside the coffin? What happened to that? also, I think it's time we start specifying which coffin we're interacting with, since it's getting rather confusing.)
Hearing the thump on his coffin, he stops yelling, as whatever is out there has clearly heard him. However, he begins to panic more as he realises it is becoming hard to breathe.
Heart rate increasing, can not control breathing due to panic.

I turn my head towards the coffin I am in front of, "Try kicking a hole in the coffin, or punching a hole!" I say as I look around the room for something to break a lock or some wood.
(I just realized Akiane also has fear of pain so I'll get another phobia for my character.)
Darkmico wrote:Another coffin is making panicked noises (the one without holes in it). The other one seems to be attempting to break out of the coffin and has torn another line in the bottom of his coffin. It looked slightly painful. As for the other fellow who is out of the coffin with you- he's yelling at you to do things. You ought to pay attention.
Krath wrote:I take the rubber hammer and try pounding the lock sideways with it so it can hopefully break/fall off.

I run to the other coffin, with the voices and various sounds coming from it. I yell in response, "Don't worry, I'm going to try to get you out of there!" With my words, I fidget with the lock seeing if it's loose, I then look around for anything that could help.
Saken wrote:I fidgit around inside the coffin, adjusting myself to position my legs so I can possibly try and kick out some more of the newly loosened wood panels of the coffin.

(I'm just saying, it's the heat of the moment. Reaction times are more than likely delayed.)
When I take in everything, I realize that it felt loose. I try to shake it open / off.
Saken wrote:I hear someone pounding on the lock but I insist on trying to find my own way out, or finding some way to just get out of the cramped space I'm in. I continue trying to kick out or put all my leg strength against the side of the wood to try and pry more panels off.
Librarian wrote:(Sorry for the -constant- brackets, but yes, according to one of your quotes on the second page, Akiane needs to use the restroom. That's all the brackets for now.)
Since it seems there's little progress being made on his coffin, tries to calm down as a last-ditch effort to conserve any traces of air left inside his coffin. If he does manage to get out after this point, he won't be in such a great state of being as he is -really- panicking right now.
Krath wrote:I leave the other man outside the coffins to the open one and try to cut a breathing hole open with my swiss army knife on the practically untouched coffin.
Darkmico wrote:Yep! It comes off. Apparently somebody, or something forgot to lock that one. You now have a lock.

Fortune shines upon you! Something is banging on your box. Oh- and you're suffocating. I guess that's not so fortunate. Two turns until you expire!

[excuse me but, I thought I just saved Libarian?]
Saken wrote:I sigh seeing just how futile it is trying to force my way out by kicking with such limited movement to begin with. I then begin thinking about just trying to possibly shift my weight to slide the coffin off of the table and possibly shattering the coffin on the ground, but I decide to wait on this and instead ask for help. "Can you please pull the panels away so I can slide out from the slide?"
Librarian wrote:Makes one final effort to push the coffin lid.
Attempting to take another breath, he suddenly realises that there is no air left in the coffin, and falls unconscious from the combined stress and fear.
(Can not perform any more actions until Darkmico says I can.)
