Personally? The format makes me kind of repulsed. My retinas retract at this. Though, other than that.

Yes, but I mean. The general coloring.

I'm trying to stop myself from blurring out that I have many'a'problems with the PunBB forum hosters. But, I just don't like the coloring. Tis' all for now. Still, looks a bit bitter in black.

Should I suggest a Forum by itself, strictly for RPing? It seems kind of, well stupid to have all the Roleplays unorganized within one forum only. Where as, with a forum you can have subforums for each specific Role-play in their own domain. Giving the opportunity of clairvoyance on what to do and what not to do. Rather than being confused with all the random Topics in the subforum 'Forum Roleplaying'.

Role Play Forum
|-> Role Play (sub-form)
|-> Role Play (sub-form)

So on, so forth,.

I already had that planned, what I'd do is have a sub forum for MAJOR roleplays. Roleplays with a single thread needed don't get the nice sub forum, however. Major roleplays meaning those that need multiple threads to contain lore and such. Though as none have been made (but soon shall once Dustin moves his here) you see none.

That is kind of the point of Forum Role Play.

Forum Role Play is the correct use of the context. Role Play forum is a generality, Forum Role Play on the other hand, is a specific.

Because, this isn't just about forum role playing, so it isn't a Role Play Forum.

So Aki isn't the only one tossing ideas about, here's my own list, it sort of ties into Akiane's as well.

• Separating OOC forums from the IC forums. Not only would this reduce clutter but it will make it easier for members to find what they need. Such as having Character bios and information in one section while the actual role playing aspect is in another.

Example ( Yes that is Warhammer 40k )


• Another suggestion might be to allow the larger role plays, should we have any, to be moderated by the DM/GM or whatever you may refer to the head honcho as. ( Example this time being how 'Mirage' is the moderator of their own role play section. )

That's it for now, if anything else comes to mind I'll tack it on up here.

So far the only major roleplaying game set up right now is mine, and all shamans and the Chieftan have moderator status over it, however when it comes to all things game-related where there needs to be a final say, I have the final say. Only because I created the whole universe in which RoHE revolves around, so I would know what would happen, and what would not.

As for the OOC and IC, usually all character bios happen in the very beginning, and all you need to do is click page one to find what you may need. Also, all OOC chat is usually just put in parenthesis and is replied back in the same format from someone else.

I don't think the OOC and IC need to be separated as each major roleplay will have its own sub forum with an ooc section and an IC section, if thats how the rp maker requests it.

I however do have a problem with the branches of links to threads you're looking at. Like... right now, this is what I'm looking at.

Yet the gray is blended in so well with the blue background. I have to highlight the links just to see what they are. Anyone else having this problem? I suggest them being a more stand out color, like a black or white.

I third this, though it doesn't really bother me as much seeing as I'm partially blind and don't bother regardless!

On another note, mayhaps a section for us talented peoples to show off how badass we are?

By this I mean -possibly- a section for the clan artist to show off drawings, writings, etc, etc. Mainly because I'm too much of a dunce to figure out where I would post something of that nature anyway.

As of now, it would be the Off-Topic section, but We could maybe have a subforum in the Off-Topic section for poetry and art.

Make something like, "Artistic Collective" or some other obscure name so people know what it is offhand. I agree with Arthuria, as well.

Art forum added, Krath add the rules or someone send me the rules desired and I'll post it up. And also, I changed the thingies to black even if its already visited.

Well, when your posting a new post at the top new post is gray and I can't seem to figure out how to change that though but what you mainly were complaining about was fixed, I think.

Looks a shit load better, but I notice when you make a New Post, the "New Post" is still grayed out, but either way, it's still a lot better.
